Any exterior changes need ARC Committee approval-in a written DRR form.

  • Approved DRR’s are valid for only 6 months. After that time, you must submit a new DRR form and obtain ARC Committee approval

  • No verbal approval may be given by any board member or ARC Committee member, all approvals require committee approval by majority

  • ARC Committee does have 30 day to approve-so plan accordingly
