Please understand the following regarding submittals

• You must receive written approval from the Association's Design Review Committee BEFORE the commencement of any work.

• The Association’s approval does not constitute approval on the local building department and you may be required to obtain a building permit or any other city required permits.

• You must email the completed form and any additional required documents, such as drawings, material samples/links or plans, to fmc900@flagstaffmanagement.com
