Please understand the following regarding submittals
You must receive written approval from the Association's Design Review Committee BEFORE the commencement of any work.
The Association’s approval does not constitute approval on the local building department and you may be required to obtain a building permit or any other city required permits.
You must email the completed form and any additional required documents, such as drawings, material samples/links or plans, to fmc900@flagstaffmanagement.com
